The HUB101 offers a quiet library-like environment to complete homework, do classwork, or jumpstart the week. Our tutors also can help with test-taking, time management, and study skills. Each student leaves with a session recap form covering what was completed, future goals, and current progress. The program is designed to help motivate students of all ages to take control of their learning and gain a safe school life environment while working on their schoolwork/homework.

Our center is located at 31416 Agoura Rd #105, Westlake CA 91361. California Lutheran University (inside the HUB101)
Parking is available in front of entrance (you'll most likely see Ez's pink car parked out front).
How to find us
Parking lot entrance:
Once you enter the parking lot, you can park anywhere. The red umbrella is where the entrance (closest to the HUB101) is located.

HUB101 entrance:
Our office can be accessed through the HUB101.
A receptionist will guide you or you can take a right after you pass the front desk and our office is at the end of the hall.
Room 105E or Room 105C if another lesson is in session (please confirm with your tutor).
